We carefully design fans to be easily maintained, durable and cost-effective. Our aim is to produce a product that is more efficient across its operating life, in favour of a low-cost, short-lived alternative. Designs are produced in 3D CAD (SolidWorks) drawings and can thus be easily imported into customers’ existing electronic drawings. Complete drawing data packs are generated with sub-assembly drawings of each component. Operating, safety and maintenance manuals contain clearly indicated drawing numbers with fully traceable spare parts. This enables us to provide faster, more effective after-sales service. Critical spare parts are identified for stockholding by the client.
CFW can fully integrate all fans into industrial process systems and do the electrical systems and software systems for control and monitoring if required. We offer a quality product guarantee of one year on all new products.
